Caroline Walker is back in Tormented Souls 2, the sequel to Dual Effect’s acclaimed survival horror debut. After surviving Wildberger Hospital, she just wants a normal life with her younger sister, Anna. That plan falls apart fast.

Anna starts having violent visions, and her drawings begin turning real. Caroline travels to the remote, cult-founded town of Villa Hess to save her. She walks straight into a new nightmare.
