Ring Fit Adventure Nintendo Switch

Ring Fit Adventure turns real exercise into an RPG adventure, developed by Nintendo EPD and released October 18, 2019. The game ships with two new accessories, the Ring-Con and Leg Strap, that translate your movements directly into gameplay.

Games Features:

• Attach a Joy-Con to the included Ring-Con and another to the Leg Strap to begin playing
• Jog in place to move through the world, and squeeze the Ring-Con to turn real exercise into in-game attacks
• Adventure mode spans more than 100 levels across 20-plus worlds, building toward a final battle with the dragon Dragaux
• The Ring-Con’s built-in sensor detects exertion and adjusts, letting you scale intensity to your fitness level
• Quick Play mode offers shorter workout sessions for days when a full adventure run isn’t practical
• A built-in IR motion sensor also estimates your pulse rate during more intense in-game exercises

Built to Make Exercise Playable
Ring Fit Adventure ties real squats, jogs, and presses directly to in-game attacks and movement. So, progress in the story only happens alongside actual physical effort, not button presses alone.
