Devil May Cry HD Collection PlayStation 4

Since debuting in 2001, Devil May Cry redefined action games around one idea: slay demons with style. Developed by Capcom, this HD Collection also reunites the first three entries, each remastered at 1080p and a smooth 60fps.

Devil May Cry HD Collection Features:

• Devil May Cry (2001) has Dante face the resurrected Demon Emperor Mundus. It also introduces Devil Trigger, gun-slinging, and the style-rank system that defines the series
• Then chain sword and dual-pistol combos to earn Red Orbs, with your on-screen style rank rewarding flashier play
• Devil May Cry 2, set years later, adds wall-running and the Rain Storm ability. It also brings a new playable character, Lucia, who fights with speed over Dante’s raw power
• Meanwhile, Bloody Palace, the series’ signature survival mode, makes its first appearance in Devil May Cry 2
• Devil May Cry 3 is a prequel to the first game, also introducing selectable combat styles like Swordmaster and Gunslinger
• The Special Edition content included here adds Dante’s twin brother Vergil as a playable character in Devil May Cry 3

Built to Preserve Three Eras of Dante
Playing all three back to back shows how far the combat system evolved in just a few years. It’s a clear line from DMC1’s foundational Devil Trigger to DMC3’s full style-switching system.
